Why Clemson
Clemson is a university town on Lake Hartwell in Pickens County, with the campus, Memorial Stadium and the South Carolina Botanical Garden at its center. Clemson University is the largest employer in the western Upstate, and the town has grown with it: downtown College Avenue, Patrick Square and the shopping along US-123 and US-76. Lake Hartwell wraps around the south side with public ramps and the campus beaches. Clemson addresses are in the School District of Pickens County, with D.W. Daniel High School in nearby Central, Clemson Elementary and R.C. Edwards Middle. Seneca and Oconee Memorial Hospital are 10 minutes west, Easley 20 minutes east, Anderson 25 minutes south on US-76, and downtown Greenville about 45 minutes. Prices close to campus are driven by student rentals, so our Clemson homes are in the quieter areas toward Central, Six Mile and Pendleton on half-acre and larger lots, 10 to 15 minutes from campus.
Every home we sell in Clemson is a new Cavco manufactured home set on a permanent foundation, finished on site and titled with the land as real property. The price you see on a listing is the full price with the lot, foundation, utilities and yard. See how financing works or browse every home we have for sale.
